Payment Policy & Cancellation Policy
Upon confirmation of tour dates, 25% of the total is payable to Souvenir Travel India in order to launch bookings with airlines and hotel companies.
On or before 60 days before tour commencement, the balance of 75% is payable to Souvenir Travel India to ensure completion of all final bookings and arrangements for the tour.
Payments received will be fully refundable, except airfare and other payments that may have been incurred by Souvenir Travel India that are not reimbursable by the provider.
30% of the total tour price will be refundable. The remainder will be retained to cover non-reimbursable and advance payments incurred by Souvenir Travel India on behalf of the client.
60% of the total tour price will be refundable. The remainder will be retained to cover non-reimbursable and advance payments incurred by Souvenir Travel India on behalf of the client.
Payments will be non-refundable.
