Itinerary

Day 1-2: Ahmedabad

Upon arrival, our representative will warmly welcome you and escort you to your luxurious heritage hotel. Settle in and unwind before setting out to explore the city's rich architectural and cultural treasures.

Enjoy a guided tour of the city. Start your day with the the intricate latticework of the Sidi Saiyyed Mosque and the grandeur of Jama Masjid. Walk in the footsteps of Mahatma Gandhi at Sabarmati Ashram, a place of deep historical significance. Explore the breathtaking Adalaj Stepwell, an architectural masterpiece echoing the artistic brilliance of the Mughal era. Discover India’s rich textile legacy at the world-renowned Calico Textile Museum, home to rare weaves and centuries-old fabrics. As you wander through Ahmedabad’s UNESCO-listed old city, let the vibrant streets, timeless monuments, and flavors of authentic Gujarati cuisine immerse you in an experience like no other.

Day 3: Dasada & Little Rann of Kutch

After breakfast check out from your hotel and drive to Dasada. Take your first stop at breathtaking Modhera Sun Temple, an architectural masterpiece dedicated to the solar deity. Drive towards Dasada and make your last stop at Patan befoe reaching Dasada. In Patan, marvel at the artistry of double-ikat weaving, where skilled artisans craft the world-famous Patola silk sarees.

As you reach Dasada, settle into your luxury retreat before setting out on an open-jeep safari across the vast salt marshes. Witness the last remaining herds of the endangered Indian wild ass roaming freely, alongside desert foxes, jackals, and elusive hyenas. Bird enthusiasts will delight in the sight of thousands of migratory birds, graceful flamingos, pelicans, and demoiselle cranes, painting the horizon.

Day 4-6: Bhuj & Kutch

After a morning safari in the Little Rann of Kutch, drive to Bhuj. Reach and check-in at your hotel.

Later during the day visit the regal Aina Mahal and Prag Mahal, each echoing the magnificence of a golden past, before delving into the rich cultural archives at the Kutch Museum.

Next day take an excursion to the artisan villages of Bhujodi and Nirona, where skilled craftsmen preserve centuries-old textile traditions through Ajrakh block printing, Bandhani tie-dye, and intricate embroidery. Also, visit the Hodka and other nearby tribal villages.

Day 7-8: Gondal & Junagadh

After breakfast check out from your hotel in Bhuj and drive to Gondal, a princely town where echoes of the past blend with timeless luxury. Reach Gondal and check in at an opulent heritage palace, once home to royalty.

Later, explore the magnificent Naulakha Palace, adorned with exquisite carvings and royal artefacts, and marvel at the town’s impressive vintage car collection. Visit the Swaminarayan Temple. Next day take an excursion to the historic Junagarh to visit the Uperkot Fort, the ornate Mahabat Maqbara, and the Darbar Hall Museum bring centuries of history to life.

Reach Jaipur and you will be assisted to check in at your hotel. Stay overnight.

Day 9-10: Sasan Gir – Into the Land of the Majestic Lions

Venture into the untamed wilderness of Sasan Gir, the last refuge of the Asiatic lion. Experience the thrill of a guided jeep safari through the dense forests, where every turn reveals a glimpse of the wild, be it leopards slinking through the undergrowth, golden jackals prowling in the twilight, or crocodiles basking by serene water bodies. Beyond the wilderness, immerse yourself in the rustic charm of the Maldhari tribal villages, where time-honored traditions thrive in harmony with the land. Day 11-12: Velavadar

Finally, escape into the serene wilderness of Velavadar National Park, a hidden gem where golden grasslands stretch endlessly under the vast sky. Here, graceful blackbucks leap effortlessly across the plains, their spiraled horns slicing through the breeze. On a thrilling jeep safari, spot striped hyenas, Indian wolves, and rare raptors, while flocks of migratory birds paint the landscape with bursts of color. A paradise for birdwatchers and wildlife lovers alike, Velavadar offers an intimate encounter with nature, untouched and untamed.
