Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Delhi

Arrive in Delhi and check into your hotel. Spend the day unwinding or exploring the vibrant capital at your own pace before your wildlife adventure begins.

Day 2-4: Corbett National Park (Dhikala Zone)

After a leisurely, breakfast check out from your hotel in Delhi and drive to Corbett. Reach the park’s gate and change your vehicle to the jeep. Drive inside the jungle and reach at Forest Rest House in Dhikala. On arrival check in at your Forest Rest House. The evening will be free for leisure. Next two days enjoy morning and afternoon jeep safaris at the park.

Corbett National Park is the country’s oldest and most renowned tiger reserve. Deep within its core lies Dhikala Forest Lodge, an exclusive retreat offering unparalleled wildlife encounters. As you traverse the park’s rugged terrain on thrilling jeep safaris, keep an eye out for Bengal tigers prowling through the dense Sal forests, herds of wild elephants grazing in the vast Dhikala grasslands, and gharials basking along the Ramganga River. Day 5-6: Dudhwa National Park

After breakfast, check out from your FRH in Dhikala and drive to Dudhwa National Park, an untouched wilderness along the Indo-Nepal border. A hidden gem of India’s Terai region, Dudhwa offers a rare blend of lush sal forests, sprawling grasslands, and tranquil swamps, providing a sanctuary for some of the country’s most elusive wildlife. Spot Bengal tigers prowling through the dense undergrowth, leopards stealthily moving across the terrain, and the rare swamp deer, Barasingha, grazing in the marshes. With over 450 bird species, the park is a paradise for birdwatchers, offering glimpses of the great hornbill, fishing eagles, and vibrant migratory species.

Day 7-8: Bardia National Park (Nepal)

After breakfast, check out from Dudhwa and leave the jungles of India behind, we cross into Nepal to explore Bardia National Park, a remote and untouched haven for wildlife enthusiasts. Far from the crowds, this pristine reserve offers some of the best chances to spot Bengal tigers and the rare one-horned rhinoceros in their natural habitat. Glide along the Karnali River, where the elusive Gangetic dolphins break the surface, or set out on expert-led jeep safaris and guided nature walks through dense Sal forests and open grasslands.

Once a human settlement, Bardia’s reclaimed wilderness is now home to over 60 species of mammals and 500 species of birds, making it a paradise for nature lovers. Bardia promises an immersive yet indulgent safari experience, where adventure meets exclusivity.

Day 9: Lumbini:

After breakfast, drive continue your journey into Nepal with the serene spiritual aura of Lumbini, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Check in at your proposed hotel.

Later visit the Maya Devi Temple, marking the very spot where Siddhartha Gautama was born in 623 B.C., and admire the ancient Ashokan Pillar, Nepal’s oldest inscription, erected by Emperor Ashoka in reverence of this sacred land. Sit beneath the Bodhi Tree, its branches draped in prayer flags, and join pilgrims in quiet meditation by the tranquil Mayadevi Pond, believed to be the site of Buddha’s first bath.

Explore monasteries built by Buddhist communities from around the world, each a reflection of different traditions and architectural styles. Delve into history at the Lumbini Museum, home to rare relics from the Mauryan and Kushan periods, and engage in profound learning at the Lumbini International Research Institute. Day 10-11: Chitwan National Park

Visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, a revered Hindu pilgrimage site where the Bagmati River flows past centuries-old shrines. Stand in awe before the grand Boudhanath Stupa, a center of Tibetan Buddhism adorned with fluttering prayer flags and the all-seeing eyes of Buddha.

Day 14: Departure from Kathmandu
