Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

The below mentioned Terms & Conditions shall apply on all the bookings made with Souvenir Travel Private Limited  having its office at 47, Narayan Nagar Benar Road, Jhotwara Jaipur 302012, India by any individual traveler and group (“Travelers”) intending to avail the Services of Souvenir Travel whether directly or through Souvenir Travel’s agents or Souvenir Travel’s associates located in overseas countries.

The following Terms and Conditions shall be applicable to all the Travelers making bookings with Souvenir Travel. The Travelers hereby give their consent to these Terms and Conditions in full and also agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Policy: 30% of the total tour price has to be paid to Souvenir Travel at the time of agreement of tour arrangements by the client. The final balance payment (70% of total tour price) is called from the customer within 60 days of the tour commencement date.

In case the tour is booked within 30 days from the date of arrival Souvenir Travel required full payment at the time of booking. 

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of any service by the client before 45 days prior to the tour commencement date will be subject to full refund of the total amount except Airfare as the same will be non-refundable. 

Cancellation before 45 days of booking date: 30% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation and the 70% payment will be refundable.   

Cancellation before 30 days of booking date: 50% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation and the 50% payment will be refundable.   

Cancellation before 15 days of booking date: 75% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation and the 25% payment will be refundable.   

Cancellation before 7 days of booking date: Non refundable and full payment will be charged as cancellation charges. 

Agreement: In this regard Souvenir Travel Private Limited as ground tour operator in India is responsible towards daily arrangements of hotel rooms, meals, transport services and other travel related services purchased by the guest. The total chargeable values of all these services are notified to the customer by Souvenir Travel Private Limited in advance. Customization remains the key part of this agreement in which the type of services and their value are proposed completely in accordance to the customer’s requirements. Therefore, it is believed that the customer has expressed his/her complete acceptance and has obtained all the relevant information about the purchased service and its price from Souvenir Travel Private Limited at the time of making the booking and thus making an agreement of purchase from Souvenir Travel Private Limited. With this agreement the customer also accepts the general terms and conditions laid by Souvenir Travel Private Limited concerning bookings, amendments, cancellations, payments and others. It is also believed that a customer is intending to use the services of Souvenir Travel Private Limited in India purely for the purpose of tourism or any legal business travel. Souvenir Travel Private Limited is strictly against providing any assistance to any person or organization involved in any activity considered unlawful or prohibited by International and Indian laws.

Evacuation & Emergencies: Souvenir Travel is a travel company only and thus doesn’t have any direct control over the operations and performance of various service providers such as the hotels, airlines, transport vehicles, trains, boats, jungle safaris, animal rides, guides, etc. Souvenir Travel shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, political closures or any untoward incidents. Souvenir Travel shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to a person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any causes beyond our control. In case of any emergency Souvenir Travel provides adequate backup and will use the best possible ways and methods of evacuation for its customers in this regard. 

Health and Insurances: Souvenir Travel Private Limited does not assume any liability for the health and physical condition of the travellers. The traveller must inform Souvenir Travel of any medical or dietary needs that may affect the traveller’s ability to participate in any part of their trip. Souvenir Travel Private Limited strongly advises that full and comprehensive insurance should be taken for your travel to cover any unexpected costs due to cancellation, under any circumstances, or to cover medical heath costs.

Limitation of Liability: Souvenir Travel make arrangements with a network of third-party suppliers (companies, government agencies and individuals) to provide you with some or all of the components of your tour. Souvenir Travel cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, death, damage, loss, accident, or delay as a result of failure or negligence of any third-party suppliers. We are not liable if an airfare purchased by third-party travel agents or suppliers are unable to be cancelled or changed (with or without a fee) or refunded if a tour is cancelled or the itinerary is changed.

Law and Jurisdiction: Souvenir Travel Private Limited expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Jaipur, India.
